It might be tough. Whoever said it would be easy? It is not necessarily hard to be discouraged. Before long, we can be thinking of all the things that we wish were different, right now.
There is not a person walking who hasn’t experienced a dissapointment. It’s not a unique experience, though everyone has their own stuff to battle through.

Happiness is a fragile enterprise, but we can nurture it so that we can experience more good things. Goals require a dogged intentionality. They require us to let some things go, especially the things that don’t serve us and laser-focus on the things that do.
